The Primorsky Stage live broadcast of Iolanta in the run-up to the XVII Moscow Easter Festival

On 8 April, in the run-up to the XVII Moscow Easter Festival, the Mariinsky soloists, chorus and the Mariinsky Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev will present a concert performance of Pyotr Tchaikovsky’ opera Iolanta on stage of the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall (Moscow). Leading parts will be performed by Irina Churilova (Iolanta), Migran Agadzhanyan (Count Vaudemont), Alexei Markov (Robert), Stanislav Trofimov (Rene, King of Provence), Roman Burdenko (Ibn-Hakia)

New vacancies for dancers of the ballet company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre announced

Due to the expansion of its ballet company, the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre (Vladivostok), announces new vacancies for ballet dancers. The auditions will take place at the Mariinsky Theatre, St Petersburg, on April 29, 2018

Grandiose symphony programmes at the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre in March

The spring symphony playbill of the Primorsky Stage features outstanding works from the treasury of European musical heritage. In March the Great Hall of the Theatre will host concerts, focusing on the works by the great German romantic composer Johannes Brahms. The solo in one of them will be performed by Pavel Milyukov (violin), a musician with a brilliant international career, a prize-winner at the International Tchaikovsky Competition
