Mariinsky stars are expected to take part in some repertoire operas at the Primorsky Stage. Albina Shagimuratova's renowned coloratura soprano can be heard as Violetta in the opera La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi (August 1), and the singer will also perform solo in the virtuoso motet of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in a symphony concert on July 31. One of the most sought-after young baritones, the triumphant winner of the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition Ariunbaatar Ganbaatar (Mongolia) will appear as Georges Germont in Giuseppe Verdi's La Traviata (August 1) and Yeletsky in Pyotr Tchaikovsky's The Queen of Spades (August 8).

The masterpieces of the romantic opera – Turandot by Giacomo Puccini staged by Charles Roubaud (August 5) and Eugene Onegin by Pyotr Tchaikovsky (August 6) will present mixed compositions. The main parts of Turandot will feature the soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre, dramsoprano Mlada Khudoley and the soloist of the Moscow theaters (the Bolshoi and the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Theatres), the Golden Mask 2021 laureate, tenor Najmiddin Mavlyanov.
