Hibla Gerzmava has been long beyond an academic repertoire. She deems music universal and considers an opera to be a part of universe. Due to her vocal agility and quite individual technique, she is transformative and can brilliantly sing jazz or appear on the halls. In her interpretations there is something in general – the Apollonian fluidity of her vocal melodies, her sculpturally plastic images and her self-forgetful dissolution in sounds, which makes the audience feel sublime.
