AUDITION TERMS

Your application should be submitted before July 12, 2021. No application submitted after that date will be accepted. Please, contact us for details by +7 914 730 7941 with Vladivostok time taken into account.
According to results of consideration of their CVs and records applicants will be called for auditioning in Saint Petersburg.
All costs of participation in auditioning (including travel, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of applicants.
Any applicant should have a negative COVID-19 test done by the PCR method NOT EARLIER THAN 72 hours before the auditioning.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre does not comment a decision taken upon consideration of any application.
AUDITION PROCEDURE
The audition will be held on July 19, 2021 and July 20, 2021 in Saint Petersburg. The exact place and time will be announced additionally.
Any applicant may choose two arias from the following list:
Mezzo-soprano: Aria of Lyubasha from The Tsar’s Bride by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov
Aria of Ratmir from Ruslan and Lyudmila by Mikhail Glinka
Aria of Princess Eboli from Don Carlo by Giuseppe Verdi
Tenor: Thunder scene from The Queen of Spades by Pyotr Tchaikovsky
Aria of Radamès from Aida by Giuseppe Verdi
Aria of Lykov from The Tsar’s Bride by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov (Act 3)
Baritone: Aria of Gryaznoi from The Tsar’s Bride by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov
Aria of Rigoletto from Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi
Rodrigo’s death from Don Carlo by Giuseppe Verdi
Bass: Aria of Ruslan from Ruslan and Lyudmila by Mikhail Glinka
Aria of Philip II from Don Carlo by Giuseppe Verdi
Aria of Kutuzov from War and Peace by Sergei Prokofiev
The Theatre will render accompanist’s services to participants in auditions. Any applicant should present the relevant note materials to the accompanist.
