Information concerning rescheduling of performances

Dear Guests!

The Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre will remain closed to the public until 30 May 2020 on the basis of a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the continuation of measures to safeguard the sanitary and epidemiological wellbeing of the population within the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)”.

Performances and concerts have been postponed to later dates in accordance with the following season performance schedule. Tickets for rescheduled performances and concerts remain valid, and don’t need be returned.

Should you wish to return tickets for performances that have been postponed you may do so in the following way:

To return tickets acquired at theatre box-offices, you should apply to the box-offices of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre after the lifting of the quarantine.

For the return of e-tickets purchased on the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre's official website you must fill out a form and e-mail it to tickets-prim@mariinsky.ru no later than thirty working days after the date of the postponed performance or concert.
