Since her debut in Europe at age twenty-three, Sunhae Im has demonstrated her versatility and acting talent internationally in numerous opera productions. A renowned interpreter of Handel, Haydn, and Mozart, she has worked with such illustrious conductors as Philippe Herreweghe, William Christie, Zubin Mehta, and Myung-Whun Chung. She has performed as soloist with the New York, Munich, and Israel philharmonics and at prestigious festivals worldwide. Many of her live performances with Grammy-winning conductor René Jacobs are available on critically acclaimed CD and DVDs, and her solo album Orfeo(s) received the Elly Ameling Prize from the Académie du Disque Lyrique.
