Nikolai Pronin

Nikolai Pronin was born in Moscow. In 2005, he graduated from the Department of Vocal Studies of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (class of Prof. E.G. Kibkalo, People’s Artist of Russia, and class of Prof. A.A. Loshak, People’s Artist of Russia).

He has taken master classes from Yevgeny Nesterenko, Nodar Andguladze, Galina Vishnevskaya, Vladimir Atlantov, Anna Margulis, and Ekaterina Tarnopolskaja. He has worked with such conductors as Evgeny Ratser, Eduard Grach, Alexander Kosinsky, Anatoliy Chepurnoy, Aleksandr Yudasin, Dmitri Jurowski, Peter Feranec (Slovakia), Borislav Ivanov (Bulgaria), Dmitry Volosnikov, Evgeniy Volynsky, Alexander Zhilenkov, Grigory Arkhipov, and Jeremy Walker.

Nikolai Pronin performs at various concert venues, including the Great, Small and Rachmaninoff Halls of the Moscow Conservatory.

He participated in the First (2018) and Second (2021) International Festivals of Russian Classical Music in Novara (Italy); Artistic Director of the Festivals was Mauro Trombetta.
