• Prize-winner at the VI International Rimsky-Korsakov Young Opera Singers’ Competition (St Petersburg, 2004).
• Prize-winner at the IV Elena Obraztsova International Vocalists’ Competition (St Petersburg, 2005).
• Diploma-recipient of the Golden Sofit, St Petersburg’s most prestigious theatre prize.

Lyudmila Dudinova was born in Chelyabinsk. In 2002, she graduated from the St Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire. While still a student, Lyudmila Dudinova was appearing professionally, performing the role of Iolanta (Iolanta) and the soprano role in Mozart’s Requiem at the Conservatoire Theatre. In 2005, she represented Russia at the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World Competition (Wales).
From 2002 she was a soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers.
Since 2009, she has been a member of the Mariinsky Opera Company.

The singer’s concert repertoire includes the soprano roles in Handel’s Messiah, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Mahler’s Fourth, Eighth Symphonies, Mozart’s Requiem and Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana.

Lyudmila Dudinova works with various Russian and foreign music ensembles. In 2005, she took part in a production of the opera Le Rossignol with the National Orchestra of Toronto (conducted by Gianandrea Noseda), performing as the Cook.
In 2007 she sang as Aksinya (Katerina Ismailova) at the Théâtre du Châtelet (Paris) with the National Orchestra of Radio France. In 2013 she toured with the Classical Concert Chamber Orchestra (USA) to the Scandinavian capitals (artistic director Ashot Tigranyan). Collaborates with such conductors as Yuri Temirkanov, Carlo Rizzi, Gianandrea Noseda, Saulius Sondeckis and Valery Gergiev.
