Daria Vuychik is a graduate from the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) (workshop of D.A. Bertman). After graduating, she took classes from Mariella Devia and Mauro Trombetta, to hone her skills.
She started her career with performance of the lead female role in A. Alyabyev’s vaudeville opera The Marriage of Repeikin as part of the Nestle Russian Seasons at the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia in 2018. This performance brought her an invitation from the Rossotrudnichestvo Federal Agency to participate in a series of concerts in Morocco, Hungary, and Italy.
In 2021, Daria performed at the Music on Water Festival at the Pskov Philharmonic, accompanied by the Pskov Region Governor’s Orchestra under Nikolai Khondzinsky. Later that year, the young opera singer made her debut in the world premiere of the opera Dramma di caccia by P. Cangiano (Novara, Italy).
During the 2024/25 season, Daria Vuychik made successful debuts as Lisa (The Queen of Spades by P.I. Tchaikovsky), Tatyana (Eugene Onegin by P.I. Tchaikovsky), and Zemfira (Aleko by S.V. Rachmaninoff) as part of the Bel Canto Music Salon Project.
