Born in the village of Yelantsy, Olkhon District, Irkutsk Oblast.
In 2017, Anatoly Badayev finished the Tchaikovsky Arts College in Ulan-Ude (class of V.B. Yelbayev).
In 2017, he finished the Glinka Novosibirsk State Conservatory (class of Shagdar Zonduyev).
In 2019, he participated in the Easter Festival in Minsk, Belarus.
In 2019–2023, Anatoly Badayev had been a member of the Opera Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
