Snezhana Pashchenko is a multiple-award winner at various competitions, including the 11th All-Russian Youth Delphian Games (Bronze Medal, Moscow, 2012), the International Bravo Competition for Young Violinists (1st Prize, Namur, Belgium, 2013), the Bach’s Spring Competition-Festival (1st Prize, Magnitogorsk, 2014), the International Grumiaux Competition for Young Violinists (3rd Prize, Namur, Belgium, 2015).
Born in 1999. At the age of six she entered the Ural Music College (class of N. Fetisova). In 2007 started to study with the Honored Artist of Russia I. Mezrina. In 2013 she was accepted into Institut Superieur de Musique et de Pedagogie in Namur, Belgium (class of Igor Tkachuk).
When she was eight, Snezhana Pashchenko made her first appearance with the Liceum Camerata Chamber Orchestra of the Ural Music College (artistic director and conductor V. Usminsky) at the Ural State Variety Theatre. Since that time she has frequently appeared in solo recitals and performed as a soloist together with various chamber and symphony orchestras. In 2010–2012 performed at the Chelyabinsk State Academy of Culture and Arts and at Mirabell Palace (Salzburg) as part as the International Yuzhnouralsk-Salzburg Festival. In 2012 took part in the International Festival Moscow Meet Friends organized by the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation. In 2012 performed at the High Music Days Festival in Samara together with the Orchestra of the Samara State Philharmonic.
In 2013 and 2014, performed with the Classica Orchestra of the Chelyabinsk State Philharmonic at the festival Denis Matsuev Presents. In 2015, took part in the concert of the New Names Foundation grant-holders at the Great Hall of the Sverdlovsk State Philharmonic.
As a member of the All-Russian Youth Symphony Orchestra performed at the Moscow Kremlin, the Mariinsky Theatre, the Great Hall of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, major concert halls of Berlin, Geneva, Vienna, Milan, Amsterdam, also at the closing of Yuri Bashmet’s Winter International Arts Festival and at the closing of the 22nd Olympic Games in Sochi. In 2014–2015, as a member of the All-Russian Youth Chamber Orchestra conducted by Yuri Bashmet, she performed in Verona and participated in the Chamber Music Festival CIEC in Logrono and Calahorra (Spain). As a soloist, on many occasions performed with the Moscow Soloists Orchestra, including the opening of the Yuri Bashmet Cultural Centre in Moscow.
