From 2004 to 2007, Nikita Valyukevich studied at the Gnesin State Musical College (class of S.A. Katenin), and then at the Maimonides State Classical Academy (class of S.A. Katenin). From 2011 to 2013, he performed with the Orpheus Radio Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Sergey Kondrashev. As a soloist, he has worked with a whole number of orchestras, namely the Russian State Symphony Cinema Orchestra conducted by Sergei Skripka; the Symphony Orchestra of Bolshoi Theatre; the Orchestra of the Novaya Opera Theatre; the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Yuri Simonov; the Moscow Virtuosi conducted by Vladimir Spivakov; the Musica Viva Chamber Orchestra conducted by Alexander Rudin; the Orchestra of the Moscow State Opera and Ballet Theatre for Young Audience named after Natalia Sats; the Moscow Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vladimir Ziva; the Orchestra of the Moscow Chamber Musical Theatre named after B.A. Pokrovsky; the Russian National Orchestra conducted by Mikhail Pletnev and Paavo Järvi.
He has performed under the baton of such conductors as Valery Gergiev, Gennady Rozhdestvensky, Ennio Morricone, Pinchas Zukerman, Pavel Sorokin, Vladimir Ponkin, Helmuth Rilling, and Peter Guth.
Nikita Valyukevich gives concerts frequently. His performances have been recorded on CD, and broadcasted on radio and television.
Since 2013, he has been employed with the Primorsky Opera and Ballet Theatre Orchestra. Since 2016, he has been a member of the Mariinsky Orchestra of the Primorsky Stage.
