In 2005 Jiao Feihu finished with distinction the Central Music School of the P.I.Tchaikovsky Moscow Conservatory with specialization in “Piano performance” and later became a double graduate of the Moscow Conservatory: first, he had studied piano under famous pianist Mikhail Voskresensky and then continued his music education majoring in symphonic and opera conducting (class of renowned maestro Gennady Rozhdestvensky).
While still being a Conservatory student, Jiao Feihu became known in Russia as one of most talented young Chinese conductors. In 2012 he worked at Benjamin Britten’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (co-production of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Musical Theatre and the English National Opera) which won the most prestigious Russian theatre award - “Golden Mask” as the best opera production.
In 2013 Jiao Feihu founded and headed the International Philharmonic Orchestra. Today the musician actively works in China and is a conductor of the Beijing Symphony Orchestra.
