
Having graduated from the Belgrade State Ballet Academy, Boris Ladičorbić was awarded the UNESCO Rudolf Nureyev scholarship for the most talented ballet schools graduates of the world. The scholarship was intended for the internship at the Hamburg Ballet School. During this period, Boris Ladičorbić participated in the performances of the Hamburg Ballet troupe under the direction of John Neumeier, and at the end of the internship he was invited to the Leipzig Ballet troupe under the direction of Uwe Scholz.
In 2002, Boris returned to Serbia having accepted an invitation from the Serbian State Ballet Academy. There he first began working as an assistant and then as a ballet teacher at the upper school.
In 2011, Boris was invited to the Serbian National Theater as tutor. There he took part in the theatrical performances of the troupe, and also was in charge of the theatre’s stock plays (Don Quixote with choreography by D. Harangozo, Romeo and Juliet with choreography by K. Kostyukov, The Nutcracker with choreography by E. Aliyev). During his time at the Primorsky Opera and Ballet Theater, from October 2014 to December 2015, he was a tutor and assistant choreographer for The Nutcracker, The Corsair, The Firebird and The Swan Lake ballet performances, and for the Antique and Modern Choreography Night. Boris successfully combines his duties in the theater with educational work at the ballet academy, regularly takes part in master classes both in Serbia and abroad, constantly upgrades his professional skills and shares his expertise with the younger generation of artists.
