Zhang Haidong in 2004-2010 studied at the Choreographic School of the the Liaoning Ballet Company. Since 2010 has been working with the Liaoning Ballet Company. In 2012 became a soloist of the the Liaoning Ballet Company and in 2015 was promoted to a leading soloist of the Company. Since 2016 he has been a premiere of the the Liaoning Ballet Company. In 2017, as an invited artist performed the part of Count ALbrecht in Giselle with the Tianjin Ballet.
