Répétiteur and Soloist
Liu Qi graduated from Beijing Dance School in 2003 and joined the National Ballet of China. In 2015, she obtained her master's degree in art from Beijing Dance Academy. She has danced the leading role in L'Arlesienne, main roles in Raise the Red Lantern, La Sylphide, The New-Year Sacrifice, The Peony Pavilion, The Crane Calling, The Nutcracker (Chinese Version), Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet as well as other roles in Serenade, Theme and Variations, In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated, Carmen, Pink Floyd Ballet, Beethoven Symphony No. 7, Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 3 and Firebird.
With the company she has toured countries and areas such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the United States, Russia, Australia, Korea, Mexico and Brazil. In 2013, she was invited to Essen, Germany to dance in the Gala Celebration of Ulrich and His Friends along with many excellent ballet dancers from all over the world.
