Born in the Irkutsk Region. Graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography in 2011 (class of Ilya Kuznetsov). From 2011-2013 he was a dancer with the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (coached by Alexander Kurkov).
Repertoire at the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre included: Swan Lake (von Rothbart, Hungarian Dance, Spanish Dance; choreography by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov, revised version by Konstantin Sergeyev), Don Quixote (Espada, Young Gypsy, Fandango (soloist); choreography by Marius Petipa, revised version by Alexander Gorsky), The Sleeping Beauty (Puss in Boots; choreography by Marius Petipa, revised version by Konstantin Sergeyev), The Nutcracker (Spanish Dance; choreography by Vasily Vainonen), Coppélia (Mazurka (soloist); choreography by Marius Petipa, reconstruction by Sergei Vikharev), Polovtsian Dances from Borodin's opera Prince Igor and the Spanish Dance (for two soloists) from the opera Carmen.
Took part in the Bolshoi Ballet Academy’s summer intensive programme in New York. Performed at a festival of top ballet schools in Washington (USA). Grant-recipient of the Grishko Foundation. Has toured to Spain, the USA, Italy, Greece and South Korea.
Joined the Mariinsky Ballet in March 2013.
