Polina Levanina was born in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region.
In 2010, she graduated from the Tchaikovsky Sverdlovsk Music College (class of Professor Nadezhda Yakovlevna Atlas). In 2015, she graduated from the Ural Mussorgsky State Conservatory (class of Professor Natalia Georgievna Pankova). In 2019, she completed a Piano Ensemble Assistant Traineeship Program at the Ural Mussorgsky State Conservatory (class of Professor Vadim Stanislavovich Polyakov).
From 2013 to 2015 Polina Levanina was an accompanist with the Ural Mussorgsky State Conservatory (Orchestral String Instruments Department and Academic Vocal Performance Department).
Since 2017 she has been a ballet accompanist with the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
