Margarita Magai was born in Kramatorsk (Donetsk Region, Ukraine).
In 2015, she graduated from the Primorsky Regional College of Art (class of Vladimir Sinenko, Honored Cultural Worker of the Russian Federation). In 2022, she graduated with honors from the Far Eastern State Institute of Art with a degree in Academic Vocals (class of Assoc. Prof. Elena Vasilievna Tretyakova). In the same year, she entered the Master’s program at the Far Eastern State Institute of Art, where she is currently completing her second graduate year.
Since 2014, she has been actively engaged in concerts and competitions. She took part in the VI and VIII Congresses of Peoples of Primorsky Region (Vladivostok, Russky Island, 2018 and 2022), and represented Primorsky Region at the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students (Sochi, 2017). In 2023, the Governor of Primorsky Region O.N. Kozhemyako awarded Margarita Magai with a Letter of Gratitude “For her significant contribution to the preservation of culture and many years of fruitful activity in strengthening inter-ethnic peace and harmony in Primorsky Region”.
In 2023, she took part in a master class given by I.Yu. Soboleva (Vladivostok, Far Eastern State Institute of Art).
Since August 2022, she has been a soloist of the Opera Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
