Born in Prokopyevsk, Kemerovo Oblast. He graduated from the Dmitry Khvorostovsky's College of Arts in Prokopyevsk (class of Marina Radchenko) in 2012, and studied at the Glinka Novosibirsk State Conservatory (class of Vladimir Urbanovich) in 2012–2014. In 2019, he graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Yuri Grigoriev).
Migulyov has collaborated with such conductors as Vladimir Fedoseev, Valery Gergiev, Vyacheslav Valeev. He has participated in masterclasses of Dmitry Vdovin, Paolo di Napoli, and Ramón de Andrés.
In January 2018, he performed as a soloist of the Black Sea Fleet’s Song and Dance Ensemble during the company’s tour in 23 cities of Spain and Portugal.
Since August 2019 Dmitry Migulyov has been a soloist of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
In May 2024, as a member of the Opera Company of the Primorsky Stage, he participated in the I Far East Easter Festival.
