Valentina Tikhova was born in Ufa. She entered the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet (class of Tatiana Valerievna Solomyanko, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation) in 2022.
In 2020, she participated in master classes as part of Choreography: Classical Dance (Ballet) Program at the Sirius Educational Center.
Since July 2022, Valentina Tikhova has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
