In 2019 he graduated from the Octav Bancilla' Romanian National College of Arts .
In 2019–2020 Stefan worked in Romania National Opera in Iasi as an artist. In 2020 he worked in Maria Biesu' Moldova National Opera and Ballet Theatre as an artist. Since 2022 he worked in Romanian National Opera in Timisoara as a solist.
Since July 2024, Stefan Dascalu has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
