Sofia Lifanskaya was born in Berdsk. She began her training at the Children’s Ballet Studio at the Novosibirsk State Choreographic College in 2013.
In 2021, she participated in master classes at the Sirius Educational Center in Sochi.
In 2024, she graduated from the Novosibirsk State Choreographic College (class of Tatiana Shulgina).
Since July 2024, Sofia Lifanskaya has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
