
Mizuki Tando was born in Tokyo, Japan. In 2018, she completed her ballet studies at the Novosibirsk State Choreographic College (class of Tatiana Konstantinovna Kapustina, Honored Artist of the RSFSR).
She took part in the gala concert given by prizewinners at the All Japan Ballet Competition (Tokyo, Japan, 2017).
From 2018 to 2025, Mizuki Tando was a ballet dancer at the Yekaterinburg State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (Ural Opera Ballet). As a member of Ural Ballet, she has toured in Vietnam, Israel and Uzbekistan and appeared on the stage at the Alexandrinsky Theatre, the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre.
In 2023, she took part in the opening concert in the SIRIUS DANCE DAYS project organized by Svetlana Zakharova in Sochi. In 2024, she participated in the closing gala concert at the XXVIII International Ballet Festival in Cheboksary.
Since August 2025, Mizuki Tando has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
