Maria Myagkova was born in Moscow. In 2023, she graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (the Bolshoi Ballet Academy) (class taught by Elena Aleksandrovna Bobrova, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation).
In 2018, she took part in the Festival of Russian Ballet Schools “Tribute to Marius Petipa”, celebrating the 200th anniversary of his birth, and in the Dance Festival “Svetlana”.
In 2020–2022, Maria Myagkova participated in master classes as part of Choreography: Classical Dance (Ballet) Program, and in the Artistic Project “Legacy of the Russian Ballet” choreographed by Vladimir Malakhov and Yury Burlaka, at the Sirius Educational Center.
In 2023, she went on tour marking the 250th anniversary of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (the Bolshoi Ballet Academy), to Kaliningrad, Kemerovo and Vladivostok.
Since July 2023, Maria Myagkova has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
