Lola Watson was born in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. She graduated from the European School of Ballet in Amsterdam in 2025.
In 2020–2024 Lola performed with Ballet Frontier of Texas as a trainee under the artistic direction of Chung-Lin Tseng.
Since August 2025, Lola Watson has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
