Ilnur Tukhvatullin was born in Ufa. In 2023 he graduated from the Rudolf Nureyev Bashkir Choreographic College (class of Maksim Evgenievich Kuptsov).
Since June 2023, he has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
