David Abramov was born in Voronezh. In 2011–2015 he studied at the Voronezh Choreography College. In 2020 he graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (the Bolshoi Ballet Academy). His teachers were Andrei Valentinovich Smirnov, Georgy Konstantinovich Gusev, Evgenia Sergeevna Mechkova (Kazeeva).
In 2020–2021 he worked at the Voronezh State Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
Since July 2021, David Abramov has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
