Alexander Gubanov


  • Prize-winner at the I Open Ballet Competition Nadejda (3rd prize)

Born in Kurgan, Alexander Gubanov graduated from the Perm State Choreographic School in 2020 (class of Vladimir Nikolaevich Tolstukhin). 

In 2019, he studied at the Sirius Educational Center, Sochi.

He has taken part in performances staged at the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre: Coppélia (soloist in Mazurka, Four Bridegrooms), La Fille mal gardée (Waltz, Four Friends), Le Corsaire (soloist in Children’s Dance), etc.

Since June 2020, Alexander Gubanov has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
