Due to the emergency power cutoff in the Primorsky Region on August 16, the performance of Aida by Giuseppe Verdi is postponed to August 18 at 13:00. In turn, the beginning of the second performance, which was scheduled for August 18 at 17:00, will be moved to 19:00. All previously purchased tickets remain valid.
If you cannot attend the performance at the specified time, you may return your tickets as follows:
– The tickets that were purchased at the theatre box office should be returned there in person;
– To receive refund for e-tickets, please fill out the form that you can find in Paragraph 5.4 of the User Agreement and send it to tickets-prim@mariinsky.ru, attaching a scanned copy of your identity document (passport).
Refunds for all types of tickets are possible until August 28.
