In 2013, Sayan Isin graduated from the Kyrgyz National Conservatory named after K. Moldobasanov, and in 2015, he completed postgraduate studies at the Solo Singing Department of the same Conservatory.
In 2015, he was an active participant in concerts and opera productions in Turkey as part of the Opera Days organized by the cultural organization TÜRKSOY. In 2017, he performed the part of Cavaradossi (Tosca by G. Puccini) at the Jerusalem Center for the Performing Arts (Israel), as well as in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo). In 2017, Sayan made his debut at the Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theater named after A. Maldybaev in the part of Turiddu (Cavalleria rusticana by P. Mascagni), Lensky (Eugene Onegin by P. Tchaikovsky), Alfredo (La traviata by G. Verdi). In 2018, he was invited to Belgrade (Serbia) to participate in the performances of Tosca and Cavalleria rusticana. In 2019, he made his first appearance on the stage of the Abay Opera House (Kazakhstan) in the operas Pagliacci (R. Leoncavallo) and Tosca. In 2021, he made his debut on the stage of the State Opera and Ballet Theater “Astana Opera” as Radamès (Aida by G. Verdi), and in 2023, as Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly by G. Puccini). In 2023, he was invited to the Opera Vita Festival, where he performed the part of Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly) on the stage of the Musical Theatre of the Republic of Karelia (Russia).
The singer has been improving his vocal skills taking classes from Anatoly Goussev (Milan), Marina Mescheryakova (Vienna), Piero Visconti (Rome), Barseg Tumanyan (Astana Opera), Larisa Tetuev (Tel Aviv). He has worked together with such renowned conductors as Ayyub Guliyev, Michael Rolf Cook, Fabio Mastrangelo, Dian Tchobanov, Alfred Eschwé, Sergio La Stella, Mikhail Sinkevich, and Renat Salavatov.
From 2015 to 2020, he was the leading soloist of the Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theater (Bishkek). Since 2021, Sayan Isin has been the leading soloist of the State Opera and Ballet Theater “Astana Opera” (Kazakhstan).
Since October 2024, he has been a soloist of the Opera Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
