Honoka Yokomizo

  • Laureate of the Japan Ballet Competition (2018, 2nd place)
  • Laureate of the Japan Ballet Competition Grand Championships (2018, 3rd place)

Honoka Yokomizo was born in Osaka. In 2005, she started studying ballet at the Rei Mika Dance Studio (class of Mika Rei). In 2015–2019, she studied at the State Ballet School in Berlin.

In 2016, she took 1st place in the Youth America Grand Prix International Competition as part of the corps de ballet of the State Ballet School in Berlin.

Since September 2019, she has been a dancer of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
