Aslan Aliyev was born in the city of Bishkek, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. In 2018 he graduated from Ch. Bazarbaev Bishkek Ballet School (there he was a student of A.M. Muratalieva).
During his studies, he worked at A. Maldybaev Kyrgyz National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet (2017–2018).
