Kirill Trunin


Kirill Trunin was born in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region.

From 2015 to 2018, he studied at the Boris Eifman Dance Academy.

In 2021, Kirill Trunin participated in master classes at the Sirius Educational Center, the program being “Choreography: Classical Dance (Ballet)”.

He was awarded the scholarship of the Svetlana Zakharova’s Charity Foundation for Development of the Ballet Art in the 2022-2023 academic year.

In 2023, Kirill Trunin graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet (class of Andrei Anatolievich Ermolenkov, and pair dance class of Vadim Sergeevich Desnitsky).

Since October 2023, he has been an artist of the Ballet Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.

Repertoire at the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre includes:
The Swan Lake (Mazurka); choreography by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov, revised choreography by Konstantin Sergeyev,
The Nutcracker (The King); choreography by Eldar Aliev,

The Little Humpbacked Horse (Gypsy Dance).
