Again Primorsky Stage had presented the rising star to Saint Petersburg - and this is Aigul Khismatullina. Her Lucia was affectionate and touching.
Aigul Khismatullina was born in Naberezhny Chelny in the Republic of Tatarstan. From 2009 to 2014 she studied at the Kazan State Conservatory with Klara Khairutdinova. From 2014-2016 she completed post graduate studies in the Kazan State Conservatory with Albina Shagimuratova.
In 2015, 2016 by invitation of world renowned pianist Boris Berezovsky, she took part as a guest in the All Russia Music of the Earth Festival-Competition.
Since 2016 she has been a member of the Opera Company of the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
Since September 2017 she has been a participant of the international educational project The Atkins Young Artists Program (based at the Mariinsky Theatre).
In February 2018 she made her successful debut on the Historic Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre in St Petersburg in the lead role of the Stravinsky’s Le rossignol.
