Aslan Aliyev was born in the city of Bishkek, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. In 2018 he graduated from Ch. Bazarbaev Bishkek Ballet School (class of A.M. Muratalieva).
During his studies, he worked at A. Maldybaev Kyrgyz National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet (2017–2018).
